We also recognize that some young pregnant women experience circumstances that can leave them economically vulnerable or socially isolated. VOF exists to stand in these gaps.
The Foundation was established by Rev. Fr. Charles Onyeneke in honour of his late mother, Mrs. Veronica Ulumma Chinenyenwa Onyeneke (1948–2023), whose life in Mbieri, Imo State, was marked by deep faith, generosity, and founding community welfare initiatives like Otu Dikwadoro to feed and support struggling families.
